Chocolate raspberry cupcakes

My brother will drool when he sees this

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups flour 
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/3 or more cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup water or milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract 

Mix all ingredients until moist, pour batter into lined cupcake pan; bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done. 

Frosting: 

• 1 container of raspberries 
• chocolate shavings (optional) 
• whipped chocolate 

Frost/decorate cupcakes as desired.
